Backup Tutorial

● How to take domains backup in using plesk?

To create Database Backup & Upload, follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Login to Plesk control panel , click Backup Manager under Websites & Domains.



Step2: Click on “Backups”
Step 3: Fill the required details and click on ok as shown below(You can take the complete Backup of the subscription from here which includes
1) Mail configuration and content
2) User files and databases

Type of Backup (Full/incremental) can also be selected.



As soon as you click on ok it will, display the message below when backup is ready for download.



You can download the backup on your local machine.

● How to upload data?

Downloaded data or other desired data can also be uploaded to the server using “Upload” option as shown below.

● How to remove Backup?

Backup can also be removed by checking the option present at extreme left of the backup as shown below.

Check that backup name and click on “Remove” and say “yes” to remove.



Once it is removed you will get the message below.
